Agreement to Terms (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using the Best Dishes app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Community Guidelines and Prohibited Content

Best Dishes has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend access for violations.

Not allowed:

• Hate speech, slurs, or harassment
• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Violence, threats, or encouragement of harm
• Illegal activity or instructions to commit it
• Spam, scams, or deceptive content
• Impersonation or sharing others’ private information

User-Generated Content

• You may submit reviews, ratings, and photos you have rights to share.
• You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to display it in the app.
• You are responsible for the content you submit.
• Submitting content requires Sign in with Apple and agreement to these Terms.

Enforcement

• We may remove or hide content that violates these Terms.
• We may restrict or terminate access for repeat or severe violations.
• We may block abusive users and limit posting privileges.
• We may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect users.
